Sizzler has never been one of my favorite places to eat, but since it's right next to our hotel and I really wanted a steak we thought to give it a try. The servers are nice, the salad bar is alright but didn't get it cause I added a side salad with my steak dinner. I've had better steaks before, the 8 oz steak I ordered looked great and tasted good but was very chewy. I had to chew and spit it out cause I couldn't break it down to swallow it. I know it's not really a steak house, but I don't think I'll order steak again.

First time eating at sizzlers and since this was close to our hotel we gave it a try. Looked online for menu and called to place an order the person who picked up the phone act like I'm talking in a whole different languages besides English and finally she gave it to another person that told me the special they have is only being serve in salt lake I said ok and will call back again. Called to order ribs and they said they don't serve ribs in that location and the person who answered the phone was rude and annoyed that I called. Finally my husband had it and walked to check what do they serve. We settle for stakes to go and we were disappointed. The quality for the food was terrible and it looks like they just throw everything in the box it was a mess. Never ever coming back here or recommend it to anyone. Terrible service and food.

Just awful. My wife and I have "tried" to stomach this place several times on our trips to Cedar City for the Utah Shakespeare Festival. But every time we've gone, we've regretted it. If you eat anything that is cooked, be prepared for old, packaged, frozen meat that doesn't taste even close to fresh. The salmon? It tastes like it died of old age weeks ago, and then spent another month in someone's freezer. Someone should just bury it, out of respect for real food. Avoid at all costs.

Can't expect much from a Sizzler... as is the case with most other buffet restaurants. The server was friendly though, and you don't spend a fortune here so the price for what you get is reasonable. They had a large portion of the restaurant closed off and dark, which made the place feel a bit gloomy.

BLAAAKKKGGHHH! Ew, ew, ew! What was I thinking?!?! Oh wait, now I remember, I thought that it's impossible to screw up a salad bar. But, ladies and gentlement, they've done it. How? Well, start off with slimy, blackened mushrooms. Brown cauliflower. Wilted lettuce. WTF. Next, provide awful, watered-down salad dressing. Their oil and vinegar tasted like water, and was probably the cheapest oil and vinegar in the history of the world. Seriously, the oil tasted like water. How is that possible?!?! Finally, provide disgusting looking hot foods like hardened penne pasta, chewy mashed potatoes, and dry chicken. Seriously, this meal was the worst thing I've eaten in 5 years. Don't order off the menu either, the teriyaki mushroom burger, per my boyfriend, was termed the "worst burger ever." The meat on said burger was also said to be "disgusting." I hate myself for going here. Never. Again.

This Sizzler has seen better days. I've enjoyed my past experiences there, but my most recent outing left me severely disappointed. First off, the prices have gone up dramatically. It seems like 2-3 dollars has been tacked onto just about every dish. That didn't really bother me so much until we got our meals and it was obvious the quality had diminished significantly. Every steak at the table had gristle on it, the teriyaki steak was topped with a COLD teriyaki sauce, and the biggest sin of all was that the shrimp was terrible! At first I couldn't put my finger on it, but then I realized that it was insanely overbreaded! INSANELY! Like 60% of the shrimp was breading! I ended up peeling it off each individual shrimp so that I could actually taste and enjoy them! To make matters worse the breading was undercooked, so that the breading was crispy outside and gooey inside. Despite the bits of gristle the steaks were still good, and that's the only thing saving them from 1-star oblivion. TL;DR: Terrible shrimp, steaks still pretty good.

I don't know what happened to Sizzler. I had such fond memories of going here when I was a kid and gorging myself on the salad bar. I've probably been to Sizzler twice in the past 5 years and both times were extremely meh. I warned my mom and my bf that they were in for a disappointing experience, but they insisted on going anyway since the restaurant was located in the parking lot of our hotel. As usual, I was right. My boyfriend's steak looked okay and his baked potato was topped with an ice cream scoop of butter. My mom and I had salad bar - the lettuce was so cold it made my teeth hurt! Other than the salad there was a mish mash of chicken wings, mashed potatoes and a make your own tostada/nacho bar. We didn't even get any cheesy toast with our "salads!" I've given Sizzler's 3 chances now and I don't think I'l be coming back

I thought all Sizzlers were the same. I thought wrong. This place was Nasty. They couldn't make anything right. They even screwed up the Mac N Cheese. HOW DO YOU SCREW UP MAC N CHEESE?

Dont waste your time or money here... It was awful! Wow, this has to be the worst Sizzler restaurant in the country. We just visited tonight and we were very disappointed. The salad bar was horrible and you could see the brown tint of the salad wilting. The soups were way watered down. I have never had clam chowder that looked more like egg drop soup and the beef stew should have been called potato stew, the only beef we saw was beef broth. The ice cream machine kept on breaking down so we had to have crusty chocolate pudding, i only had a bite then stopped eating it. The fish was more breading than fish. As for the restaurant itself, it is way behind all the other Sizzlers in Utah. It was probably setup in the 70's and has not changed except for the signage. The management or owner of this place really needs to fix this place I was so disappointed. What a waste of time and money, we did ot eat much and we ended up going to a fast food drive through to get some food that had some taste. Pitiful when my kids are telling me they won't eat anything at an all you can eat salad bar!

Not very good food most of it taste like it's in the can, it's sad cause I could probably make better and I'm not the greatest cook. Not the greatest food, the only thing I like there is the shrimp and salad other than that.....would not eat.

Been to this location twice now. Once with my husband when we attended Shakespeare Festival and once with our kids passing through town. Sorry we gave it a second chance. Salad bar is absolutely disgusting. Everything not just cafeteria food but really bad cafeteria food. Soups just a mix of thickener. Stale and crusty tostada ingredients. All food looks and tastes like it has been sitting under a lamp all day even if they just brought it out. Prices higher than I'd want to pay for decent, edible food, but for this place? Are you kidding? If there is any question in your mind just visit the bathroom and see how outdated and unsanitary they are. NO CHANGING TABLE in a family restaurant? That counter where you wash your hands? Guess what else has to be happening there.

We have been eating here for over thirty years. Quality has been up and down, but everything was fresh and good tonight. The cashier and waitress were great. The salad bar, side dishes and dessert stations had big selections. Our meals were hot and tasty. Just what we needed for a quick dinner.

Worst $30 I've ever spent! The salad bar was disgusting: the olives were rancid, the fruits were obviously canned, and the pasta had an odd after taste. The dinner wasn't much better. 1/3 of my six ounce steak was fat, the fish and fries had old fish hidden in batter and was unevenly fried, and the bread wasn't even toasted it was soggy! To top it all off I tried to finish with ice cream for dessert and even that was a mess. It was melted! Will NEVER step foot in a Sizzler again.
